• Master Security Services Agreement (MSSA): All permanent guard deployments, patrol rotations, and VIP executive protection assignments require the execution of a formal, bilateral written contract specifying site assignment instructions, indemnities, post orders, and billing structures.
• Site Risk Surveys: KSL reserves the right to conduct a mandatory physical security risk audit of client facilities prior to commencing security guard deployment.
